The Watermark Collection
Watermark is a collection of paper, porcelain, tyvek and screen printed plastic film garments that challenge and converse with the geometry of the body. This series of weightless exoskeletons demands a delicacy and attention from the wearer. This collection aims to build a specificity of movement and an understood physical language that can be translated onto bodies beyond my own.
Watermark is a culminating work in dance, sculpture and garment design. The chosen materials are universally understood when placed on the body, and the necessity to attend to the frailty of the material builds a score of movement that unites this collective.
